Default Split Turkey Breast

Skinless because that's just how I roll now. Used my salt free version of my rub. Flavor not as pronounced as the salt base one but it is good. I did propane cook it and used apple juice to keep it moist.

Wife made me a turkey sandwich with mustard, lettuce, tomato, fat free cheese, on 12 grain bread. I ate it up with out taking a pictureI assure you it was a beautiful site.
