Farking amazing, sir. Seriously.

BTW I built my UDS mainly just to have a father/son project (it's a fanfarkingtastic father/son project btw), but I use that thing all the time. It really is an amazing cooker, especially for the cost.

Phil... its time to make this a roadmap as we discussed. Mostly those who have NOT built one will look at this. Also, if you showed and telled and want to find your original post its listed under the appropriate section under the year you originally posted it. Sorry if I misspelled any names. There were a lot who posted their UDS photo and never posted again... of course... once you build the most perfect smoker in existence, what would you need us for anymore.
