Ole Hickory CTO-Need some help with Measurements
Hi All,
Hoping that I can get some feedback on this. I am getting ready to buy a used Ole Hickory CTO to put on my catering trailer. The trailer is a 7x12 open cargo type trailer. The CTO is replacing a FEC100. I am trying to find some measurments on the CTO, mainly the distance from the ground to the top shelf. Trying to decide if I can work the smoker from the ground, or with the height of the smoker on the trailer, it would be too hard to reach the top shelf... Also, would really appreciate feedback from anyone using an Ole Hickory for catering, in a mobile environment. I am buying a used, 2005 model that has the rotis shelfs, but I will be changing to fixed shelfs. Thanks! Pete |
