Does any body here make their own? Need a recipe and does it get smoked?

I have not, but frequent Len Poli's recipes. This is a cooked pepperoni recipe, he also has a dry cured.

go to the sausage makers web site, he is local for me in Buffalo ny...GREAT STUFF!!!!!! you will not be disapointed...do not go anywhere else for jerky-peperoni anything like this..he has smokers, stuffers...everything on hand
