Default Redneck Taco's

Q-Joint in Nashville does Redneck Taco's with Corn Pancakes
I like waffles better so here is my take on them.

Made some Pulled Pork Rubbed with 3 Eyz today.

Then made some Cornbread Waffles, Added the pork
topped with Slaw and drizzled with Pig Lotion. Yum!

Thanks for looking

Never eaten waffles that way, but it's my new favorite way to do it. My friends still make fun of me for using "The Champagne of Beers" tagline when I'm drinking MHL>
