Default BBQ ingenuity

So its 20F outside and your beer fridge in the uninsulated detached garage needs to be defrosted. Hmmmm, but wait you are a pit master! You start a couple pieces of lump charcoal on a metal pan and set it in the fridge to warm up the fridge and allow the defrosting to occur. But you are worried about maintaining temp... How about the Stoker!?! Now you can maintain 115F and monitor it from inside the house as the fridge defrosts in no time. Looks like this, the orange glow isn't from the fire but the blaze orange coat I was wearing. This did work great and the fridge is back to work cooling the pit master fuel to just the right temperature. I can also put the Stoker back to work at its day job!
