About 6-7 hours. Would have like to have gone longer, but got tired of fighting all the wind.

That's a great looking batch!

After going back & forth between sweet and savory bacon, I've decided I like the savory better. Haven't done any in a little while - I need to get my arse to the store and get some belly.
