I think you did a fine job on hooking the butts. I would have done it the same way as you did.

Nice Job!
I think I would worry too much about them fallin off towards the end of the cook.. or maybe just don't know enough about doing it that way. I may look into sooner or later when I have the inkling to try something new. Yes C&C have pretty good prices but if you pay attention better deals at safeway and Albertsons and they usually have bone in (my preference).. The C&C in Federal Way is all pretty much boneless. |
