Default First fattie with pron

Got to fire up the smoker today and tried my hand at a fattie.

It was a lot easier than I thought in regards to prep. My family loved it.

Pepperoni, mozorela cheese, green pepper
weave it

cook it

cut it

also did some ribs, corn and pork ribeyes:)

honestly, its probably due to the thick cut-this is probably the reason it looks so uniform. I didnt spend too much time on the weave. I normally am ocd about symmetry, but I put this together fast.

I did spray it with apple juice once when spraying the ribs. probably contributed to the color

I used one pack of standard jimmy deans breakfast regular sausage. I bought 2 not knowing exactly what I needed. Used the big ziplock bag method to flatten it out.
