Default Baby Back Ribs (pr0n)

Made 2 racks of baby back ribs on my 22 1/2" WSM, using KBB and 5 red oak chunks.
Cooked at 275F for 2 hours. Then foiled with squeeze butter, honey and brown sugar for about another 1 1/2 hours, until toothpick tender.
They came out great!

Rubbed up.

On the WSM.

Ready to be foiled.

Done.

Platter o' ribs.

Pot o' ribs.

Served up dry.

Beer o' the day.

Thanks for looking.

Bob

Congrats
