Sorry all for the delay in shipping some of these out

We got a bunch of knives from Wusthof at the KCBS meeting and then....

1. TSA decided that they were too many and too scary for me to even check so I had to ship them back. That took 4 days.

2. I've had the flu and I'm the only one doing the shipping.

3. I ran out of guards (why there wasn't an equal # of guards to knives I have no idea). So I had to order more guards. They should be here today.

4. Shipments will commence forthwith

I tried ordering one last week before they went to $119 but it would not process the paypal tarnsaction. Maybe because I ordered the knife guard too?

It should have worked- We ran out of the KCBS meeting knives so we had to go back to regular pricing

Got mine yesterday!

As I took it out of the box and held it in my hand the first thing that popped into my head was Mick Dundee saying "THIS is a knife."

I guess I have to cook me some brisket now.

Got mine a few days ago, I am very happy with the knife so far. I will give a more detailed review once I cook a brisket. But, overall, I think an excellent knife.

Mine showed up today.

So far the experience has only been telling the wife not to fark with it. Itching to get home and check it out.

Sorry, no. Those knives sold out quick. We have reduced it from $149 to $119 however.

I made a nice cardboard cover for mine, it works great and is nice and rigid.
