So i came to Sam's early to look for a Choice brisket. They had them for $3.19/lb. Their select was $2.19. Went next door to WallyWorld and picked up this bad boy. A 12.90 lb Choice brisket for $1.97 a lb! Yay!

Me too, around here a choice brisket goes for over $5.00 a lb. Thats why I use select and it's still around $2.49 or so a lb.

Well i am going to follow Aaron Franklin's tutorial on his youtube channel BBQwithFranklin
I just ordered a roll of the same pink butcher paper he uses from austin. This bad boy is going in the Hondo next weekend

What i did was fill out an inquiry and they called me within 10 min. They have a number whers u can call also. I ordered the 18" and will just overlap two sheets to make a 24-30 inch sheet. http://www.abcopaper.com/

I can only dream of getting brisket for that price. Heck, almost nothing is under 2 bucks a pound sometimes.
