Default Any Mardi Gras cooks happening?

I was supposed to go on a Mardi Gras campout Saturday, but felt a cold coming on, and didn't want to pass it to my friends.

Today is Fat Tuesday.

I cooked up some boudin tonight, and I'm having a few cocktails. Yeah, pretty weak.

Anyone celebrating? Care to show us some pr0n?

Um, food pr0n, not the other kind of Mardi Gras pr0n, often gotten in exchange for beads. This is a family forum.

Not tonight. We deferred out Mardi Gras party to the 23rd, due to scheduling issues. I will be taking part in much cooking on the 22nd.

we just got in from our annual party at the office, on the parade route. we had a lot of fun and got a little wet. the crowd was much smaller than usual.

got home and grilled some chops and a couple phat ribeyes and some baby bella mushrooms and poured (another) glass of homebrew.
