No sauce. They look a bit dry in the picture.

You need to vacuum seal 4 to 6 ribs and overnight them to me so you can prove me wrong. I'll be waiting.

Looking good. I have a acorn and feel the same as you 321 is to much. I do a 2.5/1.5/1 at 225-250. Comes out perfect every time.

I just got my Akorn and am still learning to run it, but my first batch of ribs were better than I expected. I LOVE the Akorn!!!!
