I have absolutely no interest in cooking "commercial" BBQ--too much work for this old Farker

But, I just got the flyer for the NBBQA Conference in Mobile in Feb.

Looks like lots of great and useful info for those in the business or wanting to get into it.

NBBQA has really been growing in the last few years and seems to be a great "Trade Association" for the Commercial BBQ industry.

Maybe someone will find this interesting.

We will be there. Do not miss the buss trips as they are great and with it ending at The Shed, I am sure it will be a time to remember.

We will b there also, but helping a friend in the SAMs Club cook too that weekend.

Operation BBQ Relief will be there again this year. We are doing a Fundraiser Feb 22nd from 7:30 - 11 pm across the street from the Hotel at Veet's Bar and Grill. We are cooking the peoples choice and need some help! Anyone want to help cook with Operation BBQ Relief? We also need some equipment!
