Default Pork shoulder on the UDS

First time ever. Wife bought me one last weekend didn't get the chance to smoke. But I made time to do it this weekend. Kept it simple with a little salt and pepper. Smoking low and slow at 225-250. Hopefully it turns out good. More pron to come in the morning

Cool paint on the UDS. You know your maverick has more range than that ? Just sayin.

Great plan....great start.

225 is the magic temp for me, too. I've turned out a lot of great chow at 225.

Looking forward to your updates.
