![]() I did some ribs today and they were pretty simple. I live in an apartment and the smoker stays in Austin at my buddies. But they were Meh good. My recent turn in had my new Pineapple sauce on them. 2hrs at 275. 40wrap with sauce and 25 open. So around 3hrs I got some super soft ribs. not anything special. cheap dinner
