Man, those looks good. I thought the stuffer with the gears was supposed to make it easier to stuff sausage. Nice hardware none the less. I'll be over to grab a few yards of sausage.

Here are some before and after pics of my Enterprise collection.

This one was painted and used as a display for years I was told. $35 CL deal!



Bead blasted it and re-seasoned with Lard! Replaced the missing Large plate and horn nut.



#32 Grinder/chopper it was missing the knife



$20 CL deal



I'm seriously considering buying the chain drive gear reducer for the stuffers.

They break down pretty easy. Use some penetrating oil on all the threaded parts and crank the rack all the way up and it will release the rack screw, remove the screw on the handle and the cogs will fall out, unscrew the side bolts and you are ready to get to work.

I looked around and Lehman's had the best prices and lowest shipping fees.
