Every time I see a casing stuffer I just have to laugh, it just looks so wrong. I'll pull my mind out of the gutter now

Man, those looks good. I thought the stuffer with the gears was supposed to make it easier to stuff sausage. Nice hardware none the less. I'll be over to grab a few yards of sausage.

I was a little worried based on the thread title that you were posting pics of Ozzy's schlong. Glad to see I was wrong! Nice links!

Hey Bryan!

Here are some before and after pics of my Enterprise collection.

#25 4 Qt.

#35 8 Qt.

This one was painted and used as a display for years I was told. $35 CL deal!

Bead blasted it and re-seasoned with Lard! Replaced the missing Large plate and horn nut.

#32 Grinder/chopper it was missing the knife

$20 CL deal

I'm seriously considering buying the chain drive gear reducer for the stuffers.

Here is a linky that got me inspired to get them working! http://jujube.typepad.com/jujube/200..._the_saus.html Go for it!

Thanks Brian. This is what mine looks like. I'll have to get it blasted and seasoned. I also don't have the large plate and nut. Hopefully I can get mine to look like yours.

They break down pretty easy. Use some penetrating oil on all the threaded parts and crank the rack all the way up and it will release the rack screw, remove the screw on the handle and the cogs will fall out, unscrew the side bolts and you are ready to get to work.

I looked around and Lehman's had the best prices and lowest shipping fees.
