Just signed on yesterday. I've been grilling for 40+ years, but only smoking for 6 or 7 years. Just fooling around on the net yesterday and found this group. Thought I might poke around and see what's goin' on.

I'm from Oshkosh, WI. I've been to a couple competitions as a spectator and would like to find a few more to attend. Also would be interested in any like-minded groups, clubs, associations or whatever in the WI area.

For outdoor cooking I've been playing with an offset smoker, 3 or 4 charcoal grills, a gas grill, and even a fire pit in the backyard. Plus a turkey fryer, if that counts for anything.

I'm hoping to learn from you guys and look forward to chatting.
