Here it is - just off the BGE. Jalapeño & Ghiradelli Chocolate rubbed 10lb butt.

Looks good. Chocolate and chili is a great combo, never thought to try it on a butt. How's it taste?

I tried some before I let it rest. Words cant describe it. AMAZING, AWESOME. Actually...F'N AMAZING, F'N AWESOME
 
What's the rub recipe if ya don't mind!!

The bark was amazing. Once pulled, you lose some of the taste. I am going to use the rub on ribs. Should make a big difference.
 
Mmmmm... chocolate on a tasty butt... reminds me of some great times had with an old girlfriend!

Sounds spectacular. Did you use sweetened or unsweetened chocolate powder?
