Default Spaghetti and Italian Sasauge PR0N

So here's the goods. An attmept at homemade sauce, spaghetti, Italian sausage, bread and some fine Chianti...........

Here's the sauce cooking away.

Sweet Italian Sausage on the grill

Grate up some Parmigiano-Reggiano chesse

Let the wine, Nipozzano Chianti 2008, breathe

Now for the bread, stuffed with fresh mozzarella pearls, butter, garlic and fresh basil. Getting wrapped to go on the grill.

Time to get the pasta boiling

Let's see what we got here.

All plated and ready for dinner

Thanks for looking.

Looks great!!!! I have been on an Italian kick lately too. Try some Italian sausage and cheese manicotti with that sauce and do another pictoral. It is absolutely fantastic. I don't know how to do the pictoral thing.

Open up an account at Photobucket. then create and album and upload your pictures to it. Inside your post hit the little icon that looks like mountain, get rid of the http: stuff, copy the direct link on the bottom of your photo in Photobucket and paste it into the post image block. Or just use the bottom at the bottom of the reply area that says manage attachments. Hit that, and upload your photos direct from your PC to the post. Photobucket is better as you don't use up your space here and allows you to write above each picture. Direct uploading just loads them all in a column.

Great!
By coincidence I did something similar yesterday, except I skinned the sausage and used the meat!
Yum!
