Default Prime Rib and Beef Ribs pron!

I embarked on my first Prime Rib tonight. Tried out a new butcher as well. Really happy with the turn out!

before sliced

sliced

Ribs

Plated Prime Ribe

This was really a simple thing. I poured Worchestershire all over it, and then I did a pepper, salt, garlic powder rub. Let it rest for a couple hours, then put it on the smoker at 450 for 45 minutes, and 325 for the remaining 1.5-2 hours.

I'm stuffed.

LOL thanks. And yes. I have one, but I can't figure out what I did with it. Probably should push aside my cheapness and get a new one :)
