Default Padawan and Phubar's Portuguese Style Pron

-starter grao de bico
-main course Phrango with potatoes and smothered cabbage with Portuguese green peas

Padawan's best Phriend and Hubby came over for dinner.

The grao de bico was formed in layers on the plate,smoked tuna,chickpeas,onion,potato,egg.
Padawan also made a chickpea puree to go with it.

Chicken was injected with a mix of Scott's,melted butter and sugar.
Rubbed with Oakridge Santa Maria and a bit of Phlour.
