Very very nice You will love it Two sites to check out- The Ceramic Grill Store- Tom is very helpful and the Naked Wiz= great site for ceramic cooking. One can regulate and maitain temps great on the Egg with practice. A BBQ Guru makes it easier but it is not necessary
