Good lord! Those oxtails look downright sexy in that braise. Love oxtails, but have never tried them in an Asian dish. Subscribed to this one (and a chit load of your other cooks as well)!

Been meaning to try and replicate this dish since you posted it -- it looks great.

I have a few questions, if I may...
- How long did you smoke the oxtails over the onion, garlic and peppers and at what temp?
- How long did you braise them with the full mixture?
