Default Yoder YS640
Hello,
I have had a Yoder YS640 for about two months now. I love it so far. An upgrade from a Lil'Tex Elite. Any others have a comment on this smoker?

Yes, there are several threads on them, a couple by me. it is perhaps the most versitle smoker/grill on the market. Do you have grill grates and a cast iron griddle? It takes it to a whole new level.

Wife and I have had our YS640 for a year now... love it and have no regrets. Only design change I would make to it is an ash drawer under the firepot to make cleaning easier.

That's a great idea. With a little luck perhaps it can make its way back to Joe and the guys @ Yoder R&D AG?

Smoke flavor is fine. I get nice rich deep smoke into even the biggest pieces of meat and with the wide variety of pellet flavors, you can come up with just about any smoke profile you want. Including some very interesting ones.
