Default Excess KCBS meeting inventory sale

Wusthof shipped a bunch of Brisket knives out to the KCBS meeting this weekend and didn't want to ship them back so they gave them to us at a huge discount and here they are. $99 each with guard.

Here's the Link

Well, this was the thing that finally pushed me into buying one of these, that I have wanted since day one. Now I just need to cook a brisket.

Just ordered one today myself! I had the honor of test driving one at the Jack a couple of years ago...really liked it but didn't have the extra cash at the time to take it home.... It's all good now...

brisket in California, once it's cooked goes for around $18 a pound, so that would be $100 knife to cut $150 brisket. Mine is worth so much more too.
