I can cook a ribeye on a gasser better then 90-% of my neighborhood can cook a steak No matter what there cooking on. Ok now I'm bragging. Been cookin steaks since I was 10. But from what I've seen. Everyone farks up a steak. One of the most simple things to cook. Pan fried, gasser, kettle, reversed seared, fondu. Etc. put right on the Coles, caveman style I love steak!!!
