Nice lookin cook. Did some research and did some tests according to meathead and naked whiz it's ceramic chicken sitter or spatchcocked with zipper cuts for me. I used to be a hardcore beer can chicken cooker also Have you ever cooked the chicken without the heat deflector?

Very creative. Not even 'R' rated...
I love Beer can chicken. In a pinch you can even do one in a NUWAVE Oven. I like Chris Lilly's Loaf Pan Chicken. Taste like Beer Can Chicken to me. Doesn't everyone brag that strange meats taste like chicken? |
