Default Do you want to add ceramic lining inside your smoker.

Most ceramic smokers are indeed made in China.
But the price of ceramic smoker is too high.
Do you want to add ceramic lining in your USD, or Weber kettle, or an offset, or even an vertical.
I can make ceramic blocks in arc shape. You can simply put them inside your smoker. If necesary, I can also supply fastening bolt/nuts made by casting iron.
My friend has a furnace for making tea cups. But most time the furnace is not in use.

A picture or 2 of some work you have done would be helpful (Weber Kettle with the ceramic blocks in place). A price list would also be good, shipping must be a lot.

Good start, I will say that when selling something, especially over the Internet, pictures are very important. Another thing consumers expect will be a very clear policy of satisfaction. Customer reviews and business background as well.

AS kamado smoker is indeed made from pottery clay, you may need only to buy the clay, and add lining inside your pit by your hands. then wait a few days for natural drying, fireup by wood/charcoal and turn the clay to pottery. As long as you have a fan, the fire will be strong enough for the purpose. Before doing this, you may need to add heavy duty wheels first on your pit. Thickness may by 1/2", 1"and even 2 ". It is really up to you.

For a 22.5" weber kettle, you may need 60 lbs of clay.
Price of clay shall be undeer $20.
But shipping cost by FedEx will be $200.
The only way shall be for an American distributor.
Sea shipping cost of 50 tonne to Los Angeles shall be $2500.
Sea shipping cost of 60 lbs shall be under $2.
total cost of 60lbs clay at Los Angeles shall be $20
Suggest retail price $30, plus domestic shipping cost.
How much it will cost to send 60 lbs from Angels to Dallas.

As stated above, pictures. I'd be interested in this for my weber kettle, but there's no way I'm dropping 150 to have somebody experiment.

This definitely sounds cool, but you really shouldn't try to sell anything you have not proven yet.
