Default Ribs & Hockey (pron)

First Post.

Well hockey season is back and I wanted to do nothing but sit around, drink some beer, BBQ some ribs, and watch hockey...and I accomplished everything...would have been a great weekend if the Red Wings wouldn't have gotten demolished by the Blues, but I digress.

Spares were on sale this weekend $1.97/lb so I picked up to racks and rubbed down them both with a base coat of SM Season All then covered one with Spicy Apple and the other with Sweet Seduction and smoked them on the mini WSM for 3 hours at 275 with hickory and apple chunks. Foiled with some honey, brown sugar, more rub and a splash of Pyramid Apricot beer for about 45 minutes and sauced with JK Western Pride Sweet & Sour Sauce.

Forgot to take any other pictures just a plate shot and a bite shot.
