It makes a good messy sandwich, the juices soak up in the bun. It's made for on the go or vending. When you unwrap to eat the bun has joined with the bun and juice for a taste of nirvana.

We all know how sliced bread makes a good tool for sopping up the BBQ sauce after the meal. A fresh made biscuit is even better when you got one. Just a good way to finish off the meal.

Going to try this recipe. We don't call them biscuits in New Zealand, we make scones, which are very similar. I like your buttermilk idea.
