Recent Summer dishes Non Q (pron)

Whipped up some teriyaki beef and made a Japanese Noodle salad with pickles, two types of toasted sesame seeds, slivers of cucumber and some Japanese dressing

Used Kim Chi to fill some pancakes along with PP and scallion, just delish

The first time I was in Asia and a friend said "Let's get a cold noodle salad"
I had the typical ignorant Aussie reaction of "WTF...cold noodles...oh gross, that is just wrong!"
Ate some and it was
"Oh holy moley, how is it that this stuff isn't in my country!!"

I was a little outraged, it is just so good, especially when it is a hot day.
You know, it still isn't available generally, only is special places.
Crazy, I have never introduced it to anyone and not had them love it.

I was the same way with a good Italian cold pasta salad, until I tried it.

Those pancakes look to die for, Buccs! The terriyaki ain't too shabby either.
