Grilled tomatoes and asparagus!
As a responsible father, I have to teach my children that we do not only sausages, spare ribs, steaks, burgers and other goodies. No! We also eat our veggies! ![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oie8pn8brv0 Must say, that I think there is no better way to make these veggies taste better than from a grill!

Looks great! I've been grilling asparagus all along but I'll have to try tomatoes. Just yesterday I made some salad dressing from roasted tomatoes. The surplus from the garden does not come in all at once so it's not convenient to can them. Instead I quarter them, dredge them in a mix of olive oil and fresh herbs and then roast in the oven (before freezing.) The flavor is probably similar to tomatoes from the grill.
