1. Learn to use my 1st offset 24x40 Gator when I get it in March.
2. Learn to cook brisket in the new cooker with out foil and foil pan.
3. Smoke anything and everything I can.

Conquer Mount Brisket and find excuses to throw more big BBQ parties for my friends so I can use my six cookers all at the same time.

Boil and then grill some ribs for 15 minutes at 500 with the membrane on like the old days! So much simpler back then (last year!).
