Thanks. Those briskets were nice USDA choice 18 lbers. They turned out really good, tender and moist.

You need to upload the pictures to a photo hosting site. There are several out there that work but Photobucket is one of the easiest to use. Once you get the picture uploaded to Photobucket you can follow the instructions in this post...

Thanks for the compliments. Ive been cooking BBQ for a few years now and finally decided to share some pictures. I love this site and have learned a lot from trying others tips and advice over time.
