We have a Sam's and Costco in town. Most of my slabs come from there.

On average, I'll get three slabs of St. Lois cut for ~ $25.

I'm surprised that ribs are higher here than in most other places-NC is the biggest pork-producing state in the country.

Picked up some untrimmed spares for $1.72/lb and I thought I saw the BB's for $2.68/lb. Have a hard time beating the Costco Business Center pricing up here.

I stand corrected. I've seen these stupid bumper stickers all my life that say something like : "NC-#1 in hogs, # 38 in teacher pay."

California Nob Hill/ Raley's start a 2 for one sale tomorrow says pork loin baby back ribs or st. Louis style spareribs single item 4.99 to 5.99 a pound so I am presuming that is 2.50 to 3.00 per pound if you can get 2 the exact same size.
