Default Stuffed chicken breast with pics

Took some chicken breast, pounded them flat, put some ham down, chopped broccoli, and shredded cheese. Rolled them up, rubbed lightly, and wrapped in bacon. Smoked for a little over 2 hours at 250. Trying to do some short cooks to get use to my new smoker. Having fun with this thing. The store had baby back ribs on sale for $2.88 a pound so stocked up on them and can't wait to try them! This is an obsession, not a hobby. Hope everyone is having a good evening!

Got an OK Joes longhorn a couple weeks ago. Done a few short and hot cooks and now working on getting temps down and will be doing some ribs mid week.
