Caseydog beat me to the wings idea. they are delicious and easy. What kind of grill would you be using?

Here is a pic of me cooking some wings the other night with some apple wood on my kettle. I highly recommend losing you wing virginity.

Brush some pork chops with a slather of dijon, rosemary, garlic and a little soy sauce. Then grill em up.

My favorite go to on the grill is some carne asada from the mexican meat market. cook it as hot as the grill gets.
Taylor-WSM 18.5 with Wifi Stoker, Kamado Smoker BBQ, and lots of charcoal. 180 club-Chicken
