I gotta say, I have yet to tackle a brisket, so I have been researching as much as I can. And when I shop them (at Costco), the point end looks much smaller than that. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that? Or maybe it is just the Costco briskets ARE just that much smaller. Aside from my confusion on the meat, your brisket looked great! Strong work!
