We were fortunate enough to get into the Kansas City contest in September. Happy we got in and that the registration process went so smooth...not so happy that SAM's gets to hold my money for 8 months.

Last year Medford didnt fill up so didnt feel any pressure to race to sign up--guess I should have as waitlisted now...oh well

Medford may not have filled up last year, but last year there was a Sam's Club event in NJ - it was Pleasantville so far south. But for some teams in Northern/Central NJ, they went to Pleasantville, and this year w/o that option, they will sign up for Medford.

Phil and I (BBQ Mafia) are in that boat, we did Pleasantville last year, and this year we signed up and we are confirmed for Medford.

Also, I could be wrong, but was Medford the same weekend as New Paltz last year?
