What I did on my Christmas Vacation

Roasted a hog in Miami --

Santa brought me a new Traeger Texas --

Finally master bite-through-skin on chicken thighs....

Smoked a Fatty --

Found a sale on prime rib --

Determined that I need to buy a new camera, for some reason I keep getting oversplahs and yellow on the shots I take. Also fed 15 of my closest friends practicing for the first competition this year.

I hope everyone is off to a great start in 2013!
