Modding Weber rotis to make a pizza kettle.
Ok guys I have a question. I just received for christmas from two differnt sources..the Weber Rotisserie attachment and the Pizzakettle attachment.
I read a review some where...that a guy cut a slot in his rotisserie attacment and essentialy had both in one. The weber rotis attch is of much better quality as well. Could incorporate this mod in as well. http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...ht=kettlepizza I could send the Pizza ketttle back...have funds for another stone..a paddle etc. Any thoughts on modding the rotiss? I have a die cut grinder to do the mods.
