You've gotta be tough to cook in the great white north. I'll be shovelling out my gasser to do a tenderloin for NY Eve.
I wouldn't recommend using a torch to break the freeze on an egg. Ceramics don't like thermal shock. Putting a modest amount of heat down the chute was the perfect approach. Happy New Year to all!:beer: Sent from my SCH-I905 using Tapatalk HD
