Default Christmas surf and turf

The wife and I had my Mother in law over for a late lunch since Father in law had to work. Decided on lobster tails, top sirloin, and my veggie side dish. Used the new Weber cast iron cooking grate my wifey gave me for Christmas. Awesome grill marks with that bad boy!

Steaks seasoned with S&P and lawrys seasoning salt:

Mushrooms with Worcestershire and S&P ready to grill in the griswold #5:

Veggie side dish(jalapeño, orange pepper, broccoli, zucchini, celery, green onion, mushrooms, garlic, S&P and Worcestershire in the #10 block griswold:

I cooked steaks with traditional sear then indirect heat to finish:

Forgot to snap a before photo and grilling photo of lobster tails, but oh well! Plated pic--- we were starving!

Thanks fer lookin
