-6F today and I pushed 10 racks of back ribs through an 18 WSM, and they were he third best ribs ive ever done. Best part was only used 6 pounds of charcoal, it was a GD miracle.

My problem is it is 86F in Sydney and it makes cold smoking difficult. I use big home made ice blocks to keep smoker cool.
