Hey man! That looks GREAT! I do have one question though, and please don't laugh too hard at my ignorance, BUT what exactly is bimi??? I have never heard of it and when I first saw it I thought it looked a little like an anorexic broccoli or something. I have never noticed that in our markets around here.

Those glass noodles look quite elegant plated up with that chop for certain!

If I'm correct it's a crossing between broccoli and a Chinese cabbage..
