As for your 1st book - that is also fabulous.
When we go to the grocery store now we've been checking that first, and then making our shopping list - because we're working through all of the recipes.
Going to do the duck again this coming week/weekend. (I'll bet duck pastrami on a burger would be tasty - hmmmm)

Hey Chris (Hart), 4 or 5 yrs ago at the Royal (open) you guys took 5 place in the potato catagory I think. Cooked what looked like a big tater tot filled whith cheese, is that recipe in your cook book? I think you told me one of your team members made it.
Man was it good. I was telling you about what our table judged and not even knowing it, it was your potato dish.
