Default Smoked Chicken Pot Pies

Figured I'd share last nights dinner.

Smoked up a bird

Any time I debone a chicken thigh, I throw the bones in the freezer. I do the same with veggies. So I made some stock.

I don't bake so my fiances mom made the crust.

Andy and I did a comfort food class at All Things BBQ and his chicken pot pie was to die for! Yours looks great too.
