Default I love pigs

Don't get me wrong, steak, brisket, chicken and many others are great too but the versatility of a hog I just love.
I've been busy all weekend working on pig stuff and it has been so much fun. I think a hog is just enough meat product for me to handle myself without being overwhelmed with work.

Making lard:

Making cure for bacon:

And lots of sausage too:

I love them so much I even made my table a tribute to them ;)

Have a great day all, I know I have already!!!

That's awesome, I agree with Homer Simpson, “(Lisa) “I’m going to become a vegetarian” (Homer) “Does that mean you’re not going to eat any pork?” “Yes” “Bacon?” “Yes Dad” Ham?” “Dad all those meats come from the same animal” “Right Lisa, some wonderful, magical animal!”"
